On Friday 19 May, as part of the Yr 8 and Yr 9 Business Education course, many budding entrepreneurs were using skills they learned to run four Yr 8 stalls and three Yr 9 stalls. The total combined stall profit was $479.20. All profits this year, for the first time, are being donated to the Yr 9 “Challenge – The Next Step” community projects taking pace in Term 4.
Students are required to calculate prices, market, plan and perform operations to ensure they run successful ventures. Thank you to the parents and students for their support and putting their money to a good cause.
