REGIONAL SPORTS

At the Met-North Regional Athletics Championships Xavier Thomson placed third in the Discus Throw event and will now represent Met-North at the State Championships. This will be held at the Queensland State Athletics Centre on Tuesday 11 October and Wednesday 12 October 2017. Xavier had all three of his throws measured at over 28.00 metres which is an exceptional achievement and one our College is proud of. We wish him all the very best as he prepares for the State Championships. Go Xavier!

Our U12 Northpine team competed brilliantly for the Pine Rivers District Team at the recent Met-North Regional Athletics. Championships were held at University of Queensland last month. Our boys, Sydney Arthur, Saxton Arthur, Xavier Thomson and Riley McKenzie finished in 5th place overall – an outstanding achievement- well done lads!
