Speech Competition 2019

The finals of our Annual Primary Speech Competition were held on Friday, September 6 in the PA Centre. Staff, students from Years 2-6 and family members of those presenting, listened to an amazing group of young speakers presenting their riveting speeches! This year our Year 3 and 4 students spoke on the topic “What I love about Australia” and the Year 5 and 6 students spoke about “A person who inspires me.” Our three finalist judges, Mrs K Mamata, Ms A Tinalli and Mr R Hutton, commented after the program about the quality of the speeches given by the young speakers and the confidence shown in presenting. Congratulations once again to our winners and to all those who made it through to the semi-finals and finals.
